Can I get a refund or replacement?
We offer refunds within 30 days of delivery and replacements with a purchase of our 2-Years Protection warranty. Use the form below to contact us with your order number and we'll help you out.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 90 minutes as your order will already have been processed. Furthermore, a full refund (including shipping costs; if applicable) will be granted within 90 minutes of the order being place.
How does the 2-Year Protection work?
Magic Pop Mic products are covered by a 2-Year Protection warranty from the date of purchase if selected at checkout. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by the manufacturer, at its option, the manufacturer may repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. View full details here.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the Track Order button found on the bottom or top of any page, which will take you directly to the tracking information page.
Enter either the email associated with your order or the Order Number found on your email confirmation. Details will only appear once your order has been shipped and has a tracking number.
Please note, tracking may take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch
Where is my order confirmation?
Sometimes email services mark confirmation emails as promotional or spam due to extra content and information.
You can contact us and our support team is standing by to assist you with your order information. Please send your first and last name with the email and if we need additional details we'll let you know.
In the meantime you can try sorting through your inboxes looking for "Magic Pop Mic" and head to the setting tab to mark our email as important; after that, you should receive any future emails.
