Our processing time includes order verification, product quality checks, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is between 2-5 business days.

Our Returns Policy
If you would like to return or exchange a product you purchased from magicpopmic.com, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. To exchange an item, you can choose a different product of equal value. Alternatively, you can request a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery for the return.
To return an item purchased from magicpopmic.com:
- Pack the item in the original packaging, along with all included accessories.
- Include the original packing slip or a copy of the receipt, and a reason for the return.
- Label the package with the following address and ship it via a carrier of your choice:

- Send your order number and tracking number to email@example.com.
All items must be in brand new condition (unused and unopened) to be eligible for a return or exchange. If an item is returned and is deemed to be used, we will notify you via email and initiate a return to you.
Please note that domestic and international shipping costs are non-refundable. Once a returns request has been submitted and processed by our team, we will provide further updates.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
After we have received, inspected, and approved the returned products, we will process the refund to the payment method used. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. If an exchange is requested, the replacement item will be sent after we have received the original item. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the replacement product has been dispatched.
